Job Title: Real Estate Agent (Commission-Based)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a commission-based agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Your success will be rewarded with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and prospecting
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners
- Show properties, negotiate deals, and close transactions
- Provide market analysis, pricing guidance, and sales strategies to clients
- Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new business and cold calling
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulations, and industry developments
- Collaborate with other agents, attorneys, and professionals to facilitate transactions
- Manage and maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Valid driving license (advanced )
- Proven track record of success in sales or real estate
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and marketing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with local market trends, regulations, and laws
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other industry tools
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL ADVANTAGE (ARABIC,RUSSIAN ,FARSI,CHINESE )
Commission Structure:
- Earn up to 50 to 70 % commission on each sale
- Uncapped earning potential
- Commission payouts monthly
