Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local communities
• Build and maintain a strong client base via networking and referrals
• Create and manage property listings (photos, descriptions, online presence)
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and closings between buyers and sellers
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Handle contracts, paperwork, and closing process follow-up
Qualifications:
• Valid real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
• Previous real estate experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with real estate software, MLS, and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service skills
