We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring their needs and requirements are met.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on the local market, including current trends and pricing.
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws, regulations, and property trends.
• Prepare and manage necessary documents, including contracts, agreements, and listings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties and enhance listings' visibility.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in Dubai (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and local property trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle (Mandatory).
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM systems and online property portals.
