Job Overview:
We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team on a commission basis. The ideal candidates will have a passion for real estate, a strong ability to connect with clients, and the drive to excel in Dubai's competitive property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Market and promote available properties through online platforms, social media, and networking.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and key locations in Dubai.
• Manage and maintain property listings in company databases.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, and property management teams to facilitate transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a sales-driven role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and trends is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
