Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation & Needs Assessment:
Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget. Provide guidance on the best properties based on client requirements.
• Property Listings & Showings:
Assist clients in listing their properties for sale or rent. Arrange and conduct property viewings, and offer professional advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
• Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with local real estate trends, pricing, and property availability. Conduct market analysis to help clients make informed decisions.
• Negotiation & Offers:
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcome for both parties. Draft and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts.
• Paperwork & Documentation:
Handle all necessary documentation and paperwork involved in property transactions, including contracts, agreements, and legal paperwork, ensuring compliance with local real estate laws.
• Networking & Lead Generation:
Build and maintain a network of potential buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals. Use marketing tools, social media, and referrals to generate leads.
• Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process, ensuring a positive experience for both buyers and sellers. Follow up with clients post-transaction for feedback and potential future business.
• Marketing & Promotion:
Create and execute marketing strategies for properties, including digital marketing, print ads, open houses, and online listings. Work closely with the marketing team (if applicable) to maximize property visibility.
• Knowledge Sharing & Professional Development:
Continuously update your knowledge of local real estate laws, market conditions, and industry best practices. Attend training sessions and conferences to stay ahead in the real estate industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience:
Previous experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh candidates with the right attitude and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey information to clients and negotiate effectively.
• Customer-Focused:
A strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Sales Skills:
Proven ability to close deals, meet sales targets, and drive business results.
• Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with real estate software, MLS (Multiple Listing Service), and CRM systems. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, email, and social media for marketing.
• Attention to Detail:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties, clients, and tasks simultaneously.
• Local Market Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, neighborhoods, and trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Dubai Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
