Job Role & Responsibilities
• Off-Plan Property Sales : Market and sell properties under development.
• Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assisting them through the property investment process.
• Market Knowledge : Be well-versed in Dubai's real estate market, especially off-plan projects and investment opportunities.
• Lead Generation : Proactively source clients through networking, referrals, and self-driven marketing.
Requirements
• Experience : At least 1-2 years in Dubai real estate, with a focus on off-plan property sales.
• Sales Skills : Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals.
• Industry Connections : Established contacts with developers or investors are a plus.
Salary
• Commission-Only : This role is entirely commission-based, with commission earned from each successful deal.
