Job Description

• Proven experience as a property consultant, real estate agent, or similar role in the real estate industry.
• Strong sales background with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve targets.
• Familiarity with property sales, leasing, and rental processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Real estate certifications or licenses (depending on local requirements).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of local property markets, trends, and legalities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems).
• Ability to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Client-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
