- Preferred Nationalities: UK, US, European
- Age Bracket: 25-35
- Gender: Male or Female
- Educational Attainment: Bachelor\'s Degree in any field (Degree must be attested by MOFA)
- Experience: 1-2 years in Secondary Market & Off-Plan real estate
- Certifications: UAE RERA Exam Qualified
- Languages: Russian, English, or Italian
- Driving License: Required
- Immediate Joiners: Preferred
- Respond promptly to leads, follow up to convert them into appointments, and track client updates using a database system.
- Identify properties that meet client requirements and arrange viewings to close deals.
- Stay updated with the real estate market trends, including buying and renting processes.
- Prepare and submit offers on behalf of clients, negotiate effectively, and oversee the process through to closing.
- Commission-Based Income (50-50%)
