Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent/Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the local market. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Property Listings: Prepare, list, and market properties effectively using various platforms and techniques.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on property values, market trends, and neighborhood developments.
• Showings and Open Houses: Arrange and conduct property viewings and open houses for potential buyers and tenants.
• Negotiation: Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
• Documentation: Assist clients with the preparation and review of necessary documentation and contracts.
• Networking: Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers and inspectors, to provide comprehensive service to clients.
• Customer Service: Provide ongoing support and advice to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Proficient in using real estate software and tools.
• A valid real estate license in Dubai is preferred.
