Job Type: Freelance

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct market research and analyze property values to provide clients with accurate information.
• Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and contracts.
• Manage paperwork related to real estate transactions, including contracts, disclosures, and other documentation.
• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and coordinating property showings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive sales and referrals.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, inspectors, and attorneys.
• Utilize social media and other marketing strategies to promote listings and increase visibility.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Real estate sales or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in administrative tasks and comfortable with technology.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sales acumen.
