Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will work closely with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Property Listings: Market and showcase properties to prospective buyers, utilizing various platforms and tools to maximize exposure.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
• Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of the transaction process, including paperwork, inspections, and closing procedures.
• Networking: Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including other real estate professionals, to generate leads and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in UAE Real Estate Market is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates with a strong desire to learn.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using real estate software, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Local Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods is a plus.
• Russian and Turkish speaking languages are preferred, but we also welcome diverse languages.
