Job Overview:
Navabhoomi Real Estate is seeking motivated and driven Real Estate Agents to join our team on a VERY HIGH commission basis . As a key member of our team, you will assist clients on renting properties while maximizing your earning potential through commissions.

What You'll Do:

• Actively source new clients and generate leads through networking, marketing, referrals and calls .
• Conduct property viewings and advise clients on the leasing process.
• Negotiate property transactions and ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and property prices in Dubai.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Handle all necessary paperwork, contracts, and compliance with local property laws.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a real estate broker or sales agent (1+ years preferred).
• Secondary market for rental agents only.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated , driven, and able to work independently.
• A valid UAE driving license and own car.(preferred)
• RERA certification is a plus but not required.
