As a Broker at Etagi Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating real estate transactions, representing clients, and ensuring smooth and successful deals. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct thorough market analysis to advise clients on property pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Develop effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments, financing options, and market conditions.
• Assist clients in making informed decisions that align with their real estate goals and objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, including agents, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors.
• Ensure all real estate transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or relevant role in the real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
