About the Job:

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join VISHNYA as a Real Estate Agent. This is a commission-based role with no basic salary, ideal for motivated and financially driven individuals seeking a rewarding career in real estate.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or a sales position

Excellent sales negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills

Strong time management and organizational abilities

Steely determination, financially driven, and highly motivated

Presentable with a professional image

Minimum 21 years old

Valid UAE driving license

Owns his owns car

Financially stable to relocate to Dubai

Fluent in English, additional languages is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property sales, rentals, and lease agreements

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Conduct property viewings and site visits

Negotiate and close deals effectively

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values

Provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

This is a commission only position (no basic salary)
