DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a real estate agent with our company, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, helping them buy, sell, and rent properties.

Arabic, English, Chinese, and Russian speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and online marketing.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to potential buyers or renters.
• Assist clients in negotiating and closing real estate deals.
• Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends and property values.
• Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other necessary documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in the local market.
• Valid real estate license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
