Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit offers and counteroffers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure all terms are met.
• Maintain and update property listings.
• Develop and maintain a network of clients and industry professionals.
• Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.
• Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts, leases, and deeds.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and real estate software (e.g., MLS systems).
• High ethical standards and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
