As a Real Estate Agent at Lux-Sar Properties, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, providing expert advice and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential properties
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and developers
• Prepare and present detailed property listings and marketing materials
• Negotiate offers and finalize transactions
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements
• Participate in property viewings and open houses
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Valid real estate license
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software
