Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Emirati Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong sales skills, and a deep understanding of the UAE market. This role involves working closely with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Market Research: Stay informed about the latest market trends, property values, and new developments in the UAE.
• Sales and Negotiation: Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Documentation: Assist clients with all required paperwork and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Nationality: Emirati
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
