We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful property sales and rentals. This role requires exceptional communication abilities, a client-focused approach, and the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Market Research : Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and emerging neighborhoods in Dubai.
• Property Listings : Source and list residential and commercial properties for sale and rent, ensuring high-quality photos and detailed descriptions.
• Client Management : Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored property solutions.
• Viewings and Negotiations : Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate prices, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Documentation : Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Marketing and Advertising : Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and traditional media.
• Networking : Establish connections with other real estate professionals, potential buyers, and industry stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
• Customer Service : Provide exceptional post-sale service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Requirements
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate agent, preferably in the Dubai market.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Licenses : Valid RERA certification is preferable
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
