Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Provide market analysis and strategic advice to clients.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure successful transactions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of current market trends and property values.
• Build and sustain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties.

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license.
• Minimum 01 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson.
• Proven track record of successful sales and client satisfaction.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software (e.g., MLS).
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
