We're in search of a dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to become part of our Horizon Gate team at Real Estate Brokerage LLC. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, your role involves aiding clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing properties. Your main objective is to deliver outstanding customer service, forge enduring connections, and ensure smooth real estate deals.

- Source leads using various methods.

- Stay updated on real estate trends.

- Support clients in transactions.

- Organize property viewings.

- Assist clients throughout transactions.

- Provide accurate property information.

- Maintain a strong network.

- Collaborate with marketing for promotion.

- Attend industry events for learning.

- Uphold professional standards.

Qualifications:

Proven expertise as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a comparable position for over two years.

Preference will be given to candidates with a valid real estate (RERA) license.

Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Thorough understanding of local real estate market dynamics, regulations, and processes.

Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Exceptional customer service aptitude with a client-centered approach.

A UAE valid driver's license and dependable means of transportation.

Proficiency in Mandarin, German, or French is preferred.
