Responsibilities
Sales and Leasing Expertise
Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs and preferences to offer suitable properties.
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
Coordinate open houses, showings, and inspections.
Negotiate purchase agreements, ensuring that clients' interests are protected.
Maintain real estate records, documents, and contracts.
Familiar with RERA rules and regulation.
Develop and maintain a network of clients, real estate professionals, and potential leads.
Stay up-to-date with local real estate markets, trends, and legislation.
Requires cold calling and fixing appointments with investors and bringing sale. Build a network of potential clients through prospecting, cold-calling, and marketing efforts.
Prospect and network with adherence to company policies
Market and list properties
Engage with home buyers and show them properties
Draft, negotiate, and organize contracts
Close sales
Execute clerical duties, like phone/email communications and paperwork
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, Diploma or Graduate
Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Real Estate Industry in the UAE
Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like MS Office
Requirements

Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Strong communication and customer service skills
