Responsibilities:

• Serve as an intermediary between sellers and buyers.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
• Evaluate properties to establish competitive market prices.
• Create property listings and market properties through various channels.
• Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses.
• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers ensuring fair and honest dealings.
• Facilitate the closing process on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and complete all necessary real estate documentation, including contracts, leases, and closing statements.
• Maintain client databases and follow up with clients as necessary.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends, legal issues, and regulations.
• Attend seminars, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and expand knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson (additional training provided to the right candidate).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and conditions.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
• High school diploma; additional certification in real estate sales preferred.
