Habico Properties, a leading real estate firm based in Business Bay, Dubai, is seeking dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team immediately. As a Real Estate Agent with Habico Properties, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties within the secondary market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in identifying suitable properties to buy, sell, or rent based on their needs and budget.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of transactions.
• Prepare and finalize real estate contracts and leases.
• Stay updated with market trends and property values in Business Bay and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the secondary market in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Immediate availability to join.
