Property Marketing and Sales:
• List and promote properties for sale or rent across various channels in Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales or leases effectively
Client Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored advice and recommendations.
• Keep clients informed about market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Market Analysis and Research:
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, including property prices, supply, and demand.
• Analyze market data and comparable properties to determine competitive pricing strategies.
Networking and Marketing:
• Generate leads through networking events, referrals, and effective digital marketing strategies.
• Maintain an active presence on real estate platforms, social media, and industry associations.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote properties and attract prospective clients.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate regulations, zoning laws, and market dynamics.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Technology: Proficiency in real estate CRM software
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field may be preferred.
