As a Real Estate Agent at WhiteStag Properties L.L.C, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and assisting in negotiations. Your primary goal will be to facilitate successful real estate transactions and build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation and Property Evaluation:
• Meet with clients to determine their property needs and preferences.
• Provide guidance on property valuation, market trends, and property preparation for sale or rental.
• Property Marketing and Listing Management:
• Create property listings and marketing materials to advertise properties for sale or rent.
• Utilize various channels (online platforms, social media, networking) to promote properties to potential buyers or renters.
• Buyer/Seller Representation:
• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitating negotiations and ensuring terms are met.
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and legal requirements.
• Transaction Management:
• Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and mortgage loans as needed.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster future business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up throughout and after the transaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson (preferred but not required for entry-level positions).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends, property management principles, and legal requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
• Real estate license (if applicable to the location).
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Additional certification or training in real estate (preferred).
• Experience in sales or customer service roles is beneficial.
