Job Title: Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will be tasked with understanding clients' needs, providing advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties.
• Negotiate and close property deals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and property values.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Market properties through various channels, including online listings and social media.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Real estate license in the UAE.
