Job brief:

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate consultant to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real Estate consultant responsibilities include marketing listings, providing guidance and ensuring satisfaction for both ends. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their professional career in real estate, given our company's dynamic and inventive environment

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property under the best terms

Determine clients needs and suggest solutions to meet their expectations.

Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.

Display and market properties to potential buyers

Maintain and update listings of available properties

Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors

Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services

Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements

-Arabic OR English Speaker

-Driver's License

-Have an experience on Sale
