Job Summary: A Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis:
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values.

• Negotiation and Transaction Management:
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.
• Coordinate with legal professionals, home inspectors, and mortgage lenders.
• Customer Service:
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients throughout the transaction process.
• Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Compliance and Ethics:

Qualifications:
