We are looking for a competent and experienced Property Consultants to join our team. Property Consultant responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Regularly track listings and stay up to date with the market.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Research client income and expenses to determine their buying power and capital.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• •Preferably (English+ HINDI, MALAYALAM, TAMIL) speaker •
• •Minimum at least 1-2 years of Dubai Real Estate Experience •
• •Knowledge about the real estate trend in Dubai•
• •Ability to work well in a team environment•
• •Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills•
