We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Property Consultant, specializing in the Dubai Market. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, and selling properties within Dubai\'s vibrant market. Responsibilities:

Assist clients in identifying opportunities within the Dubai Market that align with their requirements and preferences.
Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, prices, and developments in Dubai.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
Negotiate property prices and facilitate the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire buying, or selling process.
Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and targets.

Requirements:

Perfect communication skills and presentable appearance are essential for this role.
Fluency in English is a must, while proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Previous sales experience in real-estate, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market (mandatory).
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client relationships and transactions simultaneously.
