We are actively seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our expanding Sales and Leasing Team at Noor Seddiqi - Real Estate Brokerage. With an enticing rewards program, this presents a valuable opportunity to become a part of a thriving real estate community. Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate new property listings and engage potential buyers or tenants across various platforms.
- Facilitate leasing or selling transactions by interacting with property owners.
- Identify and register new landlords/sellers through cold calling and inquiries.
- Conduct property viewings, register clients, and match them with suitable properties.
- Promote the brokerage through networking, marketing efforts, and provision of real estate services.
- Offer clients information on legal guidelines, rates, property specifications, and availability.
- Negotiate agreements between buyers and sellers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Draft sales and purchase contracts, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Minimum 2-4 year experience in Real Estate.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and entrepreneurial drive.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
