As a Real Estate Agent in the Secondary Market Rentals Department, you will be responsible for facilitating the renting of properties on behalf of both property owners and renters. This role requires a deep understanding of the local property market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Property Listings
- Source and secure rental listings for secondary market properties.
- Evaluate properties to establish competitive market prices.
- Create and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentation.
- Client Management
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and potential renters.
- Offer guidance and expert advice to clients regarding market conditions and rental processes.
- Conduct viewings with prospective renters.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Utilize various platforms, including digital marketing and social media, to promote available rental properties.
- Organize and participate in open houses and other events to showcase properties.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure
- Negotiate rental terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
- Facilitate the preparation of lease agreements and ensure that all legal and procedural requirements are met.
- Close deals efficiently while ensuring a fair agreement for all parties involved.
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
