Experienced Real Estate Agent Chand Biz Real Estate LLC, a reputable real estate company based in Dubai, is seeking to hire an experienced Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market. Job Title: Experienced Real Estate Agent Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities:

Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
Property Listings: Research, identify, and list properties that align with client requirements, ensuring accurate and attractive listings on various platforms.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with insightful advice and guidance.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
Documentation: Facilitate the completion of legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client satisfaction.
Networking: Expand professional network through attending industry events, participating in marketing activities, and leveraging referrals to generate leads.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the real estate transaction, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive client experience.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the Dubai market.
Proven track record of successful real estate transactions, including sales, rentals, or property management.
Strong knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for real estate and customer satisfaction.
Valid UAE driving license and own transportation preferred but not required
