Job Brief We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be intermediary between sellers and buyers. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms and conditions. \xc2\xb7 Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. \xc2\xb7 Intermediate negotiation process, consult clients on markets conditions, price, mortgage, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing. \xc2\xb7 Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value. \xc2\xb7 Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property and advise them on the suitability and the value of the property they are visiting. \xc2\xb7 Display and market real property to possible buyers. \xc2\xb7 Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc). \xc2\xb7 Manage property auctions or exchanges. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and update listings of available properties. \xc2\xb7 Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors. \xc2\xb7 Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors. \xc2\xb7 Promote sales through advertisements, open house and listing services. \xc2\xb7 Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices. Requirements And Skills \xc2\xb7 Proven working experience at least 2 years as a Real Estate Agent. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong Sales, negotiation and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Pleasant and trustworthy. \xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in marketing promotions, advertising sales or business administration preferred. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with office software and phone systems. \xc2\xb7 Required Real Estate license (RERA).
