Kindly note it's a commission-based role (starting from 50%) NO basic salary. Contacting leads on time and qualifying their request. . Conducting meetings and online calls with clients. . Providing clients with market analytics and offering the best suitable options. . Preparing investment portfolios for clients . Follow up with clients regularly is a must . Concluding deals . Constantly developing sales knowledge and market trends

Requirements
What we are looking for: \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 1 year of experience in Off-Plan Dubai Real Estate or Sales/Bank Background \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills in English and additional language is a bonus \xc2\xb7 Strong presentation skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently \xc2\xb7 Must be ambitious and hardworking with strong work ethics \xc2\xb7 Able to bounce back from rejections, and solve problems creatively \xc2\xb7 Must have a UAE Driving License and own a car. \xc2\xb7 Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. \xc2\xb7 Good at networking and building and maintaining professional relationships. \xc2\xb7 Punctual, optimistic, trustworthy, ambitious, and can-do attitude.
