- Prepare and present real estate documents and contracts.
- Registering and obtaining NOC from developers, landlords, and property management.
- Cold calling and finding a property to list.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
- A valid real estate license is a plus.
- Having a car and a driving license is a plus.
