Job Description

What we are looking for Sales Agent- - Leasing, Secondary, and Off-Plan :-

With at least 1 YEAR REAL ESTATE WORK EXPERIENCE in Dubai properties - for Secondary market (Resale), Leasing, Off-plan.
Should be Self Driven and self-motivated
Possess Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Strong sales acumen and a track record of conducting meetings.
In depth knowledge of Dubai real estate with current market trends & property prices.
Coordinate with the Seller & arrange the viewing for prospective buyers
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and legal requirements.
Should be able to achieve monthly sales targets/KPIs set.
NO REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE. THERE IS NO NEED TO SUBMIT YOUR CV.
Must have an Own Visa.
Language: English, Arabic and Russian
Language: German, Chinese
