Client Acquisition:
Generate leads through various marketing and networking channels.
Build relationships and identify potential clients\' needs and preferences.
Convert leads into qualified buyers and sellers.
Property Sales & Listings:
Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing strategies.
Prepare comprehensive property listings with high-quality photos and descriptions.
Stage properties for optimal presentation and appeal to buyers.
Organize and conduct property showings for potential buyers.
Negotiate purchase agreements and terms on behalf of clients.
Oversee the closing process and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
Client Service:
Provide expert guidance and advice on market trends, property values, and the buying/selling process.
Accompany clients on property viewings and answer their questions thoroughly.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the transaction.
Advocate for clients\' best interests and ensure their satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage property listings and marketing materials.
Prepare contracts, disclosures, and other necessary documents.
Maintain accurate records and data related to client transactions.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Real estate license required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Proven marketing and sales experience (preferred)
Proficient in technology and online tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
