Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about current trends, pricing, and competitive properties.
Assist clients in pricing their properties appropriately for the market and create effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Conduct property showings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the closing process to achieve successful transactions.
Stay updated on industry regulations, legal requirements, and market changes to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
Collaborate with other team members, lenders, attorneys, and service providers to ensure a smooth and efficient real estate transaction process.

Qualifications:

2 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE real estate market.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
