Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Provide guidance and expertise on market trends, pricing, and property values
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
Conduct property showings and open houses
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
Maintain a strong understanding of local real estate regulations and laws
Provide transportation to clients when necessary (Car and driver\'s license preferable)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent
Valid Real Estate License
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of local property market and trends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software and online listing platforms
Valid driver\'s license and access to a vehicle (Car preferable)
