Position: Real Estate Sales Consultant Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities:

Actively seek out and engage potential clients interested in off-plan properties in the UAE market.
Understand clients\' needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations and guidance throughout the property selection and purchasing process.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to secure sales and achieve targets.
Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market trends, property regulations, and developer offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and ensure client satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of off-plan properties and the real estate market dynamics in the UAE is highly desirable.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Valid UAE driver\'s license and own transportation is an advantage.
