We at Homestead Realtors are seeking UAE based Real Estate Brokers to negotiate agreements with clients, close deals, and attract new leads with high commission structures up to 50-70%. Responsibilities

Building relationships with clients. Negotiating deals with clients.
Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.
Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.
Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
Analyzing data and market trends. Processing sales transactions.
Demonstrating a solid understanding of the company's products or services.
Networking to attract potential clients.

Requirements

2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Broker.
Bachelors degree in any discipline or High school diploma.
English speaking is a must.
Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, or German speakers are highly preferred
Candidate should have a valid UAE Driving Licence.
Proven record of real estate sales.
Ability to solve misunderstandings and disagreements between buyers and sellers.
Strong working knowledge of Real Estate law and policies.
Basic computer skills like MS Office.
