The suitable candidate must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience working as a real estate agent or any related position
Must have strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including neighborhoods, property values as well as market trends
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively, advocate for clients and achieve favorable outcomes
Must be proactive and with a goal-oriented mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients, understand their needs and explain complex real estate concepts clearly
Should be able to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
Should uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct in all client interactions and business transactions
Must be comfortable using real estate databases, CRM software, online marketing platforms as well as other technology tools relevant to the role
Must have a commitment and readiness to uphold company values and standards
Should be client-oriented
