Job Description

Responsibilities:

Connect with potential clients interested in renting properties.
Offer expert advice on market trends, pricing, and mortgage options.
Conduct thorough property comparisons to determine competitive market prices.
Craft detailed property listings highlighting key features and locations.
Showcase properties to potential buyers and renters, ensuring a positive experience.
Assist in negotiation processes and review purchase contracts for compliance.

What We\'re Looking For:

Must have 1 years experience in Dubai real estate.
Passionate individuals with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for real estate.
Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, and a foreign language.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and professional appearance.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Possession of a UAE driving license is advantageous.
