Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing the right property for the right price and best terms.
• Negotiate prices and other sales terms.
• Advertise the property to get the attention of prospective buyers.
• Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing and ensure a seamless transaction experience.
• Build a list of properties with detailed specifications and market them through various means, like open houses, networking, advertisements and property events.
• Maintain your real estate knowledge and license.
Qualifications and Key Skills :
• 2-5 years of Sales experience in Dubai with a real estate firm or a developer.
• Proficiency in any other language is a plus.
• Valid Real Estate License
• Excellent interpersonal and ability to work independently.
• Proactive and determined in their search for potential clients.
• Solid understanding of legal requirements and procedures.
• In depth knowledge of local real estate market.

You are eligible for a good percentage of the commission if the deal is closed with a client for the company.
