- Handling client inquiries regarding the purchase, sale, or rental of real estate properties.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Network and build connections with potential clients and industry professionals
- Conducting real estate market analysis
- Negotiating contractual terms and further processing real estate transactions.
- Notifying clients of relevant information regarding suitable offers, promotions, and sales launches.
- Compiling reports on work completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Regularly entering into exclusive contracts for the sale of real estate properties.
- Filming properties using video formats and subsequently posting them on social media accounts such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc...
- Creating and updating a database of real estate properties with photos on the company\'s platform, websites, and social media.
- Conducting advertising campaigns using media resources .
