Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent who is fluent in both English and Chinese to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while providing exceptional customer service to Chinese-speaking clients. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster relationships with potential investors and property buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Build and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and investors, understanding their specific needs and preferences.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and provide in-depth information about properties to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the terms.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available properties, market trends, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation related to real estate transactions.
• Promote listings through social media, online platforms, and other marketing channels to attract potential buyers.
• Follow up with leads and clients regularly, providing excellent after-sales service.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or related field (1-3 years preferred).
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market, local regulations, and property laws.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and properties effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to understand and address clients' unique needs.
• Proficient in using real estate software and online platforms (e.g., CRM systems, property listing websites).
• Valid UAE driver's license is a plus.
