Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent fluent in French, German to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent at DMAXX Properties, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions and representing our clients in negotiations. Your role will involve understanding the needs of Chinese-speaking clients and providing them with exceptional service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management : Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Market Analysis : Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices and trends.
• Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers or renters.
• Negotiations : Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Documentation: Prepare and review necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, contracts, and leases.
• Marketing : Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses.
• Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process, addressing client concerns and questions promptly.
• Compliance : Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Networking: Build a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors.

Requirements:

• Fluent in French, Ukranian, Russian, German and English; additional languages such as Arabic is a plus.
• Proven track record as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai, with a strong portfolio of successful sales or rental transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
