Position: Real Estate Agent

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Prospect potential clients and generate leads through various channels.

Conduct property viewings and assist clients in their property search.

Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

Negotiate contracts and facilitate smooth transactions between buyers and sellers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role in Dubai.

Deep understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation.

RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
